Cape Smokey features 16 runs, including gladed areas, with terrain suited for every ability level - from first-timers to seasoned riders. Families and beginners can enjoy kid-friendly zones in dedicated learning areas, while advanced skiers can take on more challenging terrain.
For those seeking a quieter pace, you can snowshoe along our scenic trails and take in sweeping views of the highlands, the Atlantic coast, and even the serene, snow-covered Hawley’s Lake. The mountain continues to evolve with ongoing upgrades, new features, and improved terrain each season — ensuring there’s always something fresh to explore whenever you visit.
Whatever your pace - skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, or simply soaking in the winter atmosphere - Cape Smokey is your winter playground.
